pfSense – Virtualize Your HomeLab Network! – Part 1

Use pfSense to setup a virtual network for your homelab! This video series will show you how to configure Microsoft Hyper-V on your Windows 10/Server machine to utilize both virtual network adapters (“VM Internal LAN” and “External LAN”). Once configured you will have a functioning virtual network that will allow you to setup VMs behind your local home LAN for testing/learning.

Network Flow:
ISP->Workstation/Server->pfSense->Virtual Endpoint

pfSense External LAN: 192.168.0.X (Home Network)
pfSense Internal LAN: 192.168.1.X (pfSense/VM Network)
